A space to understand
what's going on inside.

Vimanthan began with a simple belief: getting help shouldn't require you to already know exactly what's wrong.

The Manthan Philosophy

Everything that comes up when you start looking within.

The name Vimanthan comes from manthan, the process of churning. And there is a reason that metaphor stayed with us.

01
The Churning

Something starts stirring.

A thought you can't shake. A relationship that keeps hurting. A feeling you can't name. A pattern you keep returning to.

02
Halahala

Some things are difficult to face.

When we look inward, uncomfortable things can surface too: fear, anger, grief, shame, exhaustion, old hurt.

03
The Ratnas

Then, other things begin to emerge.

A pattern you can finally see. A boundary you didn't know you needed. A little more understanding. A little more compassion for yourself.

04
Amrit

Not a perfect life. A little more clarity.

The goal isn't to become someone who never struggles. It's to understand yourself well enough to meet what comes next with more awareness and choice.

Where therapy begins

You don't have to make sense of everything before you reach out.

Therapy provides a grounded space to slow down, make sense of what has surfaced, and decide what you want to carry forward.

Where it started

Some ideas start with a plan. This one started with a feeling.

Vimanthan grew from Devyanshi's belief that mental health care could feel more human in the moments when people need it most.

She noticed how often people wait to reach out because they don't know what to say, whether what they're feeling is "serious enough", or where they're even supposed to begin.

So Vimanthan began as an attempt to make that first step feel a little less intimidating. Not by promising easy answers, but by creating more places to pause, understand, ask questions, and eventually talk to someone.

“You don't have to wait until things get unbearable to ask for help.”
